Hai blogger people welcome back to my blogger, this time I want to share my task from the lecturer of this major, its about an analysis of a culture article of Liputan 6.com for being translated from Indonesia into English.

In this first paragraph there is a phrase "dance bajidor kahot" which can not be translated to english because this is the name of a dance tradisoanal indonesia that can not be replaced because this is a naming that is given by the creator who owns the copyright. And than any word of “angklung music” . This word also can not be translated into English because this is the name of an original musical instrument from indonesia especially in sunda area (west java), and in english there is no word approaching to replace angklung word.

In another paragraph there is also a word gending sriwijaya which also can not be translate to english because this is also the name of a traditional dance indonesia and also have copyright. the conclusion is that all the names of musical instruments and dances or traditional terms can not be translated into English because it is all the original naming taken from the original language of the country.
